What are some of your tips for weightloss or weight maintenance?
I gained 5 lbs over the weekend and I feel just gross. I need to get myself back on track. I was doing so good with my weightloss, but now I feel like I've stalled and I keep gaining and losing the same 5 lbs over and over again. I don't know why, but I just feel like I don't have the motivation anymore to keep going. But I've come so far and I don't want to gain back any of the weight I've lost already. I just need something to kick start it again for me.
